Can I mix and match dishes from the various sample menus you offer?

Yes. We would be pleased to offer our advice on which foods go well together, and how we can work co-operatively to create an interesting and balanced menu for your special occasion.

How can my guests learn about the food you will be serving?

There are stories associated with all our foods – the way they were grown, harvested or given to us by the land or sea. We would be pleased to share our knowledge with you.

What is the typical kind of function that you cater for?

Our most frequently requested event is the two to four-hour finger-food function. For examples, see Events We Cater.

Can our organization provide our own drinks?

In most instances, yes, although this depends on the venue.

How much will it cost me?

Every function is quoted to you, your company or organisation and a contract negotiated and signed before we commence preparations for the occasion. Items such as the choice of menu, the wine list, venue (if we provide), and timing (particularly the number of hours you require our team to be on site) are factored into the cost per guest that we will price for you.
